Return, Exchange, Store Credit and Cancellation Policy

At BAVA, we aim to keep your shopping experience smooth and transparent. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Return and Exchange Policy

We allow size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and all labels must be intact.

If you would prefer not to exchange your item, you may return it within 72 hours of delivery and receive the order value as store credit. This store credit can be used on future purchases at BAVA.

Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds.

If you receive the wrong product, you must share an unboxing video as proof while raising the claim. Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process the exchange, replacement, or store credit request.

For all exchanges and replacements, a flat fee of Rs. 200 will be charged to cover shipping and handling.

Subject to availability, we may allow an exchange for a different product of equal or higher value. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.

Custom made products are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Please check your size carefully before placing the order.

How to Request an Exchange or Return

Email us at info@bavastudios.com with your order number and issue details.

Our team will review your request and share the next steps.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange, replacement, or store credit accordingly.

Store Credit Policy

Store credit is issued only after the returned item is received and verified by our team.

Store credit will be issued for the order value of the returned product.

Shipping charges, handling fees, and replacement fees are not included in store credit.

Store credit can be used on future purchases at BAVA.

Store credit cannot be transferred to a bank account or converted into cash.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
